Privacy policy
Frog Leap Painting is a small painting business based in Toronto. This policy explains how we handle the contact details you share with us through this website. We follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the Canadian law that sets the rules for how businesses collect and use personal information.
What we collect
When you fill out a form, send a chat message, or text us, we collect the details you choose to share. That usually means your name, phone number, email, and a note about the painting work you want done. We may also keep a record of our conversations so we can follow up on your request.
Why we collect it
We use your contact details to answer your questions, give you a quote, and schedule the work if you decide to go ahead. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Text messages
If you text us, we may reply by text to talk about your project. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After that, we will not text you again unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details only as long as we need them to answer your request and do the work. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our records.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. To make any of these requests, email us at frogleappainting@gmail.com.
