Which areas do you serve?
Toronto and the GTA, from Pickering in the east to Mississauga in the west, and north to Aurora. That covers neighbourhoods like Leaside, Riverdale, Rosedale and The Beaches, and cities like Vaughan, Richmond Hill and Markham.
How do quotes work?
Call George or send a few details through the form. He talks through the job with you, the rooms, the condition, and what you hope to see. Then he gives you an honest look at the work. No obligation.
Why does prep matter so much?
The finish only lasts when the prep is right. George fills, sands, primes and protects your floors and furniture before any paint goes on. He learned that as a boy, and he has stuck to it for about 40 years.
How do I get the house ready before painting day?
Take down pictures and move small items off the walls and out of the way. George covers floors and furniture and moves what needs moving. If you want to clear a room fully, that helps, but it is not required.
Can you paint in a condo?
Yes. George painted high-rise buildings for over 30 years, so he knows how to work carefully in a tight space and keep things clean. Condo painting is one of his main services.
What about popcorn ceilings and asbestos?
Older popcorn ceilings can contain asbestos. George has older ceilings tested first, then handles the removal professionally. He does not guess on something like that.
Should I paint my kitchen cabinets or replace them?
If the doors and frames are solid, painting them is usually the smarter call. George cleans, sands and primes every door and frame so the finish holds up. If the cabinets are falling apart, replacement makes more sense, and he will tell you that straight.
Do you do exterior painting?
Yes, exterior painting is one of the services George offers. It is not his main focus, but he brings the same care to it, with scraping, cleaning and prep behind every coat.

Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm. Closed Sunday.
